Suspect Arrested in Balch Springs Shooting Less Than 11 Hours Later

At approximately 8:23 p.m., Balch Springs Police received reports of gunfire at an apartment complex located in the 12000 block of Quail Drive. Officers arrived on the scene to find Marcus Jones, an adult male, lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
