Pink Shares Health Update After New Year’s Eve Hospitalization

Pop icon Pink has reassured her fans about her health after spending New Year’s Eve in the hospital. The Grammy-winning artist, known for hits like “So What” and “Raise Your Glass,” underwent a medical procedure to replace two discs in her neck. She shared the news on Instagram, emphasizing the importance of taking care of her body.

In her post, Pink stated, “I end the year giving reverence to, paying attention to, and to fixing my body. It may not be a fancy facelift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck.” The singer, born Alecia Beth Moore, expressed gratitude for her body and the physical demands of her high-energy performances.

While Pink did not provide specifics about the injury that led to her hospitalization, her performances are known for their acrobatic stunts, including aerial routines and dynamic choreography. Her upcoming concert at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse is set for April 2024, where fans can expect the same energetic show she is famous for.

Reflecting on the past year, Pink shared her desire to leave behind challenges and embrace positivity in 2026. She remarked, “This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying. In amongst all of that, there was so much beauty.”

Pink’s family, including her daughter Willow Sage and son Jameson Moon, provided her with memorable moments throughout 2025. She encouraged her followers to choose joy and expressed hope for a better year ahead. “I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made,” she wrote.

The year 2026 will also mark the 25th anniversary of Pink’s iconic album, Mizzundazstood, released in 2001. This album features popular tracks like “Get the Party Started” and “Don’t Let Me Get Me.” Her diverse musical style spans pop, rock, R&B, and dance, and she has collaborated with many artists, including Eminem and Christina Aguilera.

Pink’s performances are renowned for their high energy and visual spectacle. Nick Cua, her tour manager, praised her unique showmanship, stating, “There isn’t another artist that does (what she does). It’s an amazingly entertaining show and high energy.”

With her health on the mend and a busy schedule ahead, Pink looks forward to continuing her journey as a performer and connecting with her fans around the world.
