Colorado Ski Resorts Receive Up to 8 Inches of Snow Overnight

UPDATE: A significant overnight snowstorm has blanketed Colorado’s ski resorts, with Beaver Creek Resort emerging as the biggest winner with 8 inches of fresh snow reported early Friday morning, October 24, 2023. This early-season snowfall is stirring excitement among skiing enthusiasts across the region.

The storm system swept through Colorado’s mountains, impacting numerous resorts along the I-70 corridor. Just a short distance away, Vail Mountain recorded 6 inches of new snow, creating ideal conditions for winter sports.
