URGENT UPDATE: A 17-year-old has been arrested following a shooting incident at a Halloween party in north Scottsdale that left a male victim with a gunshot wound. The shooting occurred near Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway on October 26, 2023, just before 12:30 a.m.
