Full-Time Operator Role Available

The department’s primary need is for a full-time light equipment operator. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to attend required meetings and pass a drug screening. The starting pay for this position is set at $14.78 per hour, with varying work hours that may include overtime and potential call-ins.

Seasonal Positions Open for Application

In addition to the full-time operator role, Hanceville Parks and Recreation is also hiring seasonal staff to support concession operations, maintenance, and lifeguarding duties. These seasonal employees play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of parks and recreational activities during peak usage periods.

Interested applicants for any of these positions can submit their applications in person at Hanceville City Hall during the specified hours. For further details, individuals are encouraged to visit the department’s official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HancevilleParksAndRecreation.
