In celebration of National Hometown Heroes Day on November 1, 2023, Tractor Supply made significant contributions to local first responders by donating $250 each to the Temple Fire & Rescue and the Temple Police Department. The observance of National Hometown Heroes Day included donations from all of Tractor Supply’s more than 2,300 stores across the United States. Each store contributed $500 to local police, fire, or veteran organizations, culminating in a remarkable total of over $1 million donated in a single day. In Texas alone, 249 Tractor Supply locations collectively donated $124,500 to help 352 local organizations.
