Employees reported that he was panhandling and creating a disturbance for customers. Upon their arrival, officers found the man holding a can of beer and refusing to provide identification.

The individual was subsequently cited for disorderly conduct and for having an open container in a public place. Following the citation, he was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Impaired Driving Incident

Just hours later, at 12:30 on November 9, 2023, police received a call from a hotel employee regarding a potentially impaired driver leaving the property. Officers located the vehicle on Rockside Road and initiated a traffic stop.

The driver failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired and for having an open container.
