Authorities Urgently Seek Public Help to Find Angelina Minor

URGENT UPDATE: Law enforcement officials in Multnomah County are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Angelina Minor, who is wanted for her involvement in a tragic DUII crash that killed her four-year-old son, Kingston Coston, in 2024. Authorities confirmed that Minor has breached the terms of her supervised release, prompting the issuance of a felony warrant for manslaughter.

The heart-wrenching incident occurred on March 20, 2024, when Minor, allegedly intoxicated, was involved in a hit-and-run on North Lombard Street. She continued to drive recklessly, crossing a median and colliding head-on with another vehicle. Tragically, her son was found unconscious at the crash site and later succumbed to his injuries. Other passengers in the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office reported that Minor’s blood alcohol level was an alarming 0.38, more than four times the legal limit at the time of the collision. After pleading guilty to manslaughter and other charges, her sentencing was originally set for late January 2026, but was delayed due to her pregnancy. It remains unclear if she has given birth since then.

Authorities emphasize the urgency of this situation. Minor’s last known address was in North Portland, and law enforcement is appealing to anyone who may have information about her current whereabouts to come forward immediately.

“With her failure to comply with supervised release conditions, we are particularly concerned for public safety,” stated a representative from the District Attorney’s Office.

This tragic case underscores the devastating impact of impaired driving, and the community is urged to remain vigilant. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact local authorities without delay.

As this situation develops, updates will be provided to ensure the public stays informed. Please share this information widely to help bring attention to this urgent matter.
