URGENT UPDATE: The 27th Annual Window Painting Project at the Children’s Service Center in Wilkes-Barre has just concluded, bringing festive cheer to the community with vibrant holiday decorations. The event took place on November 22, 2025, and is held in loving memory of Edward Luksha and Barbara Luksha Roche, with the continued support of the Luksha-Brown family.
This beloved tradition saw enthusiastic volunteers, including Evelyn Migatulski and Amelia Grudkowski, adding colorful artwork to the windows of the center.
