William J. Clark, Renowned Builder, Passes Away at 78

Born on January 18, 1947, in Lowell, MA, Clark was a passionate businessman and devoted family man. He is best known for founding multiple successful construction firms, including Clark Bros. Masonry, Merganser Corporation, and Turnstone Corporation, which he established with his daughter, Stacy. His contributions to the industry were recognized when he became the first recipient of the New Hampshire Construction Industry Ethics Award in 1997.

Clark’s commitment to affordable housing in the 1980s and his active role in community initiatives highlighted his dedication to giving back. He served on the Board of Directors for the Association of General Contractors in NH for eight years and was a lifetime member of the Rotary Club, actively participating in local fundraising events.
